Welcome to the tRNA DataMart, a web-based repository of data on bacterial tRNA genes.
First-time visitors are encouraged to read the Help section to get an idea of how the DataMart is organized; this page explains how to generate reports in the different formats supported by the DataMart.
The Browsing room has descriptions of the underlying database, including the original data sources and algorithms used to create derived data.
Click the Shop button to begin creating a file to download. After choosing a report format (HTML, FASTA, and others), you can specify species and sequence attributes to request a data file tailored for your application.
