Credits

The tRNA DataMart began as a collaboration between Margaret Saks (Dept. of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Cell Biology, Northwestern University) and John Conery (Dept. of Computer and Information Science, University of Oregon) in the summer of 2002.

Several of our students have contributed to the project since then:

• Ben Barrett helped with the early design of the PHP code and the overall organization of the DataMart.
   
• Eric Tengs and Aaron Flatten developed the interface used for curating data.
   
• Wyatt Spears worked on early prototypes of the secondary structure diagrams and designed the "pie chart" method for displaying variability at sequence positions.
